If you have already practiced Iyengar yoga, then you are most likely familiar with our classification of lessons by level. Come to any class that suits you according to your level of practice, for example, Beginner, Beginner 1-2, Beginner 2.

If you have never done yoga or some other style, we invite you to a free Open lesson.

Or you can immediately sign up for the next introductory course at a convenient center for you and at a time suitable for you. The introductory course is a compulsory program for all beginners who want to do Iyengar yoga, where they will introduce you to the basics of the method, show how to use the materials correctly, and arm you with the necessary knowledge about how not to harm yourself. Please do not try to skip this course, even if you already had experience in yoga at another school! At the end of the course, you will be able to attend classes at the Beginner level and some specialized classes for all levels (Healthy back, Female, Class of deep relaxation).

Sign up on the phone of the center that you have chosen and prepare clothes convenient for classes – shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. We do barefoot, but it is better to take removable shoes with you to move around in the center. You will find rugs and everything you need for classes in the halls of the center.
