With us you can learn the practice of Hatha Yoga of any complexity under the guidance of qualified instructors. We practice and teach in the traditions of Ashtang Vinyasa Yoga (School of Sri T. Krishnamacharya – Pattabhi Jois), the Delhi School of Yoga (tradition of Dhirendra Brahmachari), Bangalore School of Yoga (Gopal Krishna), we use some practices from the tradition of Sivananda Yoga (south and north Indian lines ), as well as domestic masters Andrei Lappa and Andrei Sidersky.

Our center has existed since 1999, at first it was just a community of friends actively practicing Hatha Yoga, we studied together with different Masters, shared our experience of practice with friends and their acquaintances. Gradually, such a circle of people wishing to do yoga grew around us that it was time to organize regular classes. So our center arose. I would like to thank with gratitude those Hatha Yoga teachers, under the direct supervision of whom the founders and teachers of our center studied this amazing art. Madawan (director of Vivekananda Yoga Therapy Institute, Karur, Tamil Nadu). Our teachers are Ashtang Vinyasa Yoga: a student of the legendary Sri T. Krishnamacharya – Guruji Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson Sharat Rangaswami (Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute, Mysore), as well as B.N. S. Iyengar (Patanjala Yoga Shala) and his student V. Sheshadri (Mysore Mandala Yogashala) from Mysore, head of the European Association of Ashtang Vinyasa Yoga Lino Miele (Ashtanga Yoga School Rome). And, of course, we are very grateful to the domestic teachers – Andrei Lappa and Andrei Sidersky, who gave a lot to us personally, and generally for the development of Hatha Yoga in our country.
