At least 1-2 months to go to the gym.
1) if you are engaged in video, then you will probably look at the screen, check how it is necessary or if the asana has changed, and raising the neck in many asanas is very harmful.
2) there is no one to correct, fix, tighten, and this is very important especially for beginners, in the most deplorable cases it can be a tram, but you just pull the wrong muscles and the incorrect position of the asana can be fixed which is difficult to fix.
At a minimum, you need to do it in front of the mirror (but again, turning / lifting the neck is harmful) there are mistakes even in the simplest asanas, a person can not always understand the position of his back, legs, hips. (So it would be better if there was an observer).
