More and more people, by their own example, felt that yoga is not just asanas and physical training. This is a special practice that allows you to calm the mind, bring it into a state of harmony and balance, to feel a benevolent attitude towards the world. Do yoga in the morning – and smile for the whole day!
Hatha Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice that came to us from India. The doctrine of physical harmony. The goal of Hatha Yoga is to bring the body to a state of complete health. The very name Hatha has a deep philosophical meaning. “Ha” means the Sun, the masculine principle, “Tha” means the Moon, the feminine principle. Yoga is translated from Sanskrit as “connection”, “unity”. Thus, Hatha Yoga is an ancient system that helps bring into unity and harmony the opposite principles that exist in every person.
