Welcome to the new yoga trend in K2 – “POWER YOGA”.
Namaste! That is. I welcome all customers and friends of K2 Sport Club. As we will often “communicate” with you later (you can leave all questions and suggestions in the field of Yoga and Psychology with our administrators in a special envelope, I WILL ALWAYS MEET EVERYONE AND COMMENT in the following columns).
You know, they often ask me about, “Is it possible to lose weight with yoga, how quickly and for how long?” In order not to discuss for a long time on this topic, I will say briefly: “YES, it is POSSIBLE and this is Power Yoga.” You yourself can come to this new direction of yoga and try yourself. To do this, I specially selected a set of exercises for beginners in Power Yoga.
What is Power Yoga?
Power Yoga is one of the youngest fitness-oriented yoga styles. Power yoga is a dynamic yoga that combines strength and flexibility, endurance, coordination, balance and concentration. In it, just like in ordinary yoga, various asanas are used, but there is no strict sequence, the exercises smoothly move from one to another. Kriyas (a complex of exercises) contain a large number of power poses, exercises to develop flexibility, and all this is connected by a certain breathing system. Thanks to this, the human body becomes strong and flexible, the mind is stable, and thinking is clear.
Power Yoga Instructions.
Power Yoga can be practiced by anyone. However, it is not recommended that pregnant women, as well as people with various chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system and cardiovascular system, be engaged in this kind of power yoga.
A few tips to keep in mind when practicing Power Yoga.
