Ashtanga-vinyasa-yoga is a quick way to cleanse the body and bring it into shape (due to normalization of weight, increasing the level of flexibility and strength, relieving psychoemotional stress). This is due to the fact that during classes we actively work with breathing while performing asanas, and also use special movements (vinyasas) to enter and exit poses.

If you think that your form does not yet allow you to do ashtanga-vinyasa yoga in groups of the main level, come to regular classes for beginners. Their pace is a little more meditative, and the practice is softer. These are not introductory classes, which provide a lot of detailed information, however, during the lesson, the teacher will gradually provide you with all the necessary information for safe advancement in yoga and body therapy.
